I needed a place to stay overnight because I was attending a show at Casinorama that was going to run late. This hotel/resort exceeded my expectations from arrival onward. They booked me in a lovely cabin overlooking the lake they call "Rocky Point". The room was immaculate and the decor was very cozy. I loved it from the get-go. I also found out they have many activities/amenities on site that are not necessarily advertised on Booking.com. This is a family friendly resort. The kids certainly looking like they were having fun! This beautiful spot with it's many amenities would be more than enough to stay in on it's own for a nice peaceful holiday. Staff are excellent and well informed. I give this place a really strong recommendation!

The rooms were clean, and the receptionists were always friendly and cheerful, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and nicely presented, though it felt a bit pricey given the limited variety. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and great service.

This place is a hidden gem! It was a wonderful family getaway, with great amenities and food, amazing staff, and so many things to do! I'm not the most outdoorsy person in the winter, and the resort has many options for inside and outside! You can easily accommodate travel companions' needs with different tastes and have a fab time regardless of whether you like doing winter activities outdoors or having fun inside. We will definitely return!

The beach was clean, kayaks & paddle boards were readily available, the water inflatables were awesome, and the availability of Muskoka Extreme for tubing, water skiing and wakeboarding was icing on the cake. The recreational tournaments were also fun, and all the staff was very accommodating!

However the chief receptionist was rude, unfriendly and didn't even bother to keep an eye contact even when we asked her questions. She is a shame to the resort. Please keep staff who enjoy being in there.
